At Conconhouse, after three years in hospitality, I’ve had countless conversations with friends from around the world—answering all kinds of questions about food, drinks, places to visit, and the hotel itself.

Through these exchanges, I gradually realized that Vietnamese culture is deeply rooted in agriculture—shaped by each rice crop, market gathering, seasonal dish, and family meal.
